    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Support all office operational activities by providing work related equipments (such as: computer, desk, chair, AC), and/or other supporting facilities (such as: operational vehicles. Office boy/girl, phone operator) promptly, accurately based on budget
    • Analyze budget for provision and maintenance of all facilities and supporting facilities, then propose it to finance department and company management for approval
    • Perform maintenance for all facilities and supporting facilities, also replacement process for damage facilities
    • To control the cleanliness of working area
    • Maintain relationship with vendor or supplier and assisst in complain handling to vendor or supplier, include follow up of invoice and long term contract with vendor/supplier
    • Prepare monthly report for budgeting meeting, financial report of assets and office expenses
    • Perform other relevant jobs in accordance with the instructions of superiors/ management
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
    • Required skill(s): Drive ( Driving License class A )
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English is optional
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Salemba Lt. 6 Jl Salemba Raya No.5-5A Jakarta Pusat.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in General Affairs Management or equivalent.
