Responsibilities :
  • Support daily transactions of Corporate Customer Service as a whole
  • Executes the daily transactions in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures
  • Maintain a good filing system and customer records/database in the department
  • Support Business Development division (Marketing) in handling Administration and Customer's Service Job
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Interbank payment system (SKN and RTGS)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
