- Support daily transactions of Corporate Customer Service as a whole
- Executes the daily transactions in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures
- Maintain a good filing system and customer records/database in the department
- Support Business Development division (Marketing) in handling Administration and Customer's Service Job
- Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Familiar with Interbank payment system (SKN and RTGS)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
