Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle schedule arrangement
  • Internal & external meeting coordination
  • Travel Organizer (Booking & arrange ticketing, hotel accommodation)
  • Documentation admininistration
  • Filling Management
  • Handling and screening requests, also taking messages
  • Maintain daily petty cash for daily activities
  • Age: 35 - 40 years old
  • Having min. 5 years experience as Personal Assisatnt to Director
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent Filling Management skills
  • Able to deliver task to other department (management skills)
  • Smart, tough, strict and procedure oriented
  • Prefer from finance background
