    Zurich is currently looking for Corporate Real Estate & Facility management Staff (General Affairs) to be based in our Life Insurance business in Jakarta office.
     
    As a CRE&FM Staff, your main responsibilities are:
    • Manage administration workload to achieve efficiency and productivity, to ensure internal customers receive the right level of service.
    • Provide a range of administrative services to support day-to-day CRE&FM services and delivery.
    • Carry out repetitive tasks, following clear processes.
    • Prepares, completes, distributes and ensures the follow-up of forms and files relating CRE&FM
       
    Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
    • Minimum Diploma degree, with 1 or more years experience in Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill
    • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

    • Merupakan perusahaan yang sudah cukup dikenal di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang asuransi. Perusahaan ini juga cukup memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannnya.
    • Jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan asuransi lainnya, perusahaan ini mampu memberikan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik. Di antaranya benefit yang diberikan di tempat ini tergolong besar.
    Cons
    • Manajemen perusahaannya masih bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Di samping itu, untuk struktur organisasinya sebaiknya dibuat lebih simpel lagi agar karyawan mengerti tiap-tiap job descnya.
    • Budaya kerja yang kurang baik karena masih membedakan perlakuan terhadap karyawannya berdasarkan rasnya. Atasannya masih menggunakan sistem like dan dislike dalam mengevaluasi kinerja bawahannya.
