Marketing Supervisor



    Responsibilities :
    • Maintain all marketing activities procedure goes well
    • Finding new business with the size of the achievement of the insurance premiums
    • Responsible for building new business network with Agents, Brokers, Leasing and Direct Business
    • Responsible to develop and maintain a good relationship with the insured, a partner/partners and other business network
    • To understand the system related to marketing activities
    • Maintain and monitor the renewal of business
    • Service to the insured or other business partners
    • Make a monthly production report
    Requirement :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Degree and any field
    • Have at least minimum 4 years experience in the same field (preferably from Insurance business Industry).
    • Maximum 35 years old with excellent health
    • Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
    • Fast learner, strong analytical thingking, good interpersonal skill and excellent as a team worker.
    • Computer literate of Microsoft Office with intermediate or upper level skills.
    • Hard worker and able to work under tight schedule and time limit.
    • Skill : product knowledge, communication skill and administration work
