DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Provide support to manager and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, manager and Council on human resource and work related issues
  • Perform other related duties as required
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • Education minimum degree from psychology/ law/ Management/Sdm
  • Must have good knowledge of about labour regulation and administration employee
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience at the same position / Fresh Grad are welcome to apply.
  • Should be highly creative and innovative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good operate computer minimum Microsoft office
