- Can manage other staff to do some working for operational
- Perform other related duties as required during working hours
- Can support other crew for making some cook
- Minimum 20 years old
- Experienced in cooking oriental Chinese food
- Decent English to communicate with multinational coworkers
- Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work long hours and under pressure
- Experience as sous chef in hotel minimum 2 year, Wedding or has experience at the cruise line as a chef
- Able to work at the cruise line
