  • To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of Chinese guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
  • Answered telephonic and in-person queries related to hotel services and resolved any issues
  • To deal with guest request to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay
  • To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
  • Minimum 20 years old
  • Decent English and Chinese to communicate with multinational coworkers
  • Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work long hours and under pressure
  • Able to work both individually and as a team player
  • Able to work at the vessel
