Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Fashion Brand Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining brand image and has the complete oversight of the business, including : maximising the sales volume and profitability of a store concession, developing and implementing marketing concept and strategy, merchandising, retail operations, training & visual merchandising, achieving sales target, managing market research and product launching. This position also in-charge of managing and developing P&L and driving market growth.
 
Requirements:
  • Have a minimum Bachelor Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, especially in Fashion Retail.
  • Possess strong business acumen coupled with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • In depth understanding of all aspect of the business, including : Product & Merchandising, Sales & Marketing, Retail operations and market trends.
  • Excellent in English both oral & written.

Kanmo Retail Group (KRG) is part of the larger K.Aloomall Group established in Indonesia in the 1940s. The Group's has interests across Asia in industry, trading, real estate and financial markets.

KRG was formed in 2005 as the retail subsidiary of the Group focusing on retail distribution in Indonesia and the Indian sub-continent. Within 8 years of operations, KRG currently operates over 80 stores in Indonesia with a market leadership position in the kid's and baby segment serving thousands of customers monthly. In 2011, the group extended its retail portfolio to include brands in the women's fashion & accessories category, and in 2012 men's fashion & accessories. In 2013, this group extended the business in F&B industry.
Brands under the group include Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, Gingersnaps, Justice & Pumpkin Patch for moms & kids category, Karen Millen, Coast & COACH for women fashion & accessories category, TM. Lewin for men category & Yo' Panino for F&B.
 
KRG is on a steady growth trajectory and is continuously adding brands to its portfolio that have a market leadership position and fill a void within the Indonesian market.

Kanmo Retail Group (KRG) merupakan bagian dari K.Aloomall Group yang  didirikan di Indonesia pada tahun 1940an. Group ini memiliki kepentingan di Asia dalam bidang industri, perdagangan, pemukiman, dan pasar keuangan.

KRG dibentuk pada thun 2005 sebagai anak perusahaan yang berfokus pada distribusi retail di Indonesia dan sub-benua India.  Selama 9 tahun beroperasi, KRG sudah mengoperasikan 80 toko di Indonesia dan memimpin di pangsa pasar anak-anak dan bayi, dan telah melayani beribu-ribu pelanggan bulanan. Pada tahun 2011, Group ini mengembangkan bisnisnya meliputi kategori fashion dan aksesoris wanita, dan tahun 2012 untuk kategori fashion pria. Komisi yang diberikan setiap bulan cukup memuaskan dan lumayan untuk menambah penghasilan karyawan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga mempunyai brand ternama.

Cons

Untuk perhitungan komisi untuk saat ini semakin berkurang setiap bulannya. Selain itu, untuk naik jabatan bukan hal yang mudah karena masih kurang terbuka.
