  • Design, analyse and develop management information system
  • Duties and tasks are desktop and web based
  • Project Management skills
Requirements :
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience in professional positions
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Information Technology or Software Engineering
  • Must have experience with PBX IVR / CTI system such as Avaya, Asterisk, Alcatel, CISCO, Aspect, Genesys
  • Must have experience with call center system
  • Must good command of English (Speaking/reading/writing)
  • Prefered have experienced in VOIP & SIP
  • Basic in programming knowledge
  • Resourceful, self motivated, able to thrive in a fast moving and uncertain environment, and autonomous problem solving ability
  • Able to work underpressure
