- Design, analyse and develop management information system
- Duties and tasks are desktop and web based
- Project Management skills
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in professional positions
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Information Technology or Software Engineering
- Must have experience with PBX IVR / CTI system such as Avaya, Asterisk, Alcatel, CISCO, Aspect, Genesys
- Must have experience with call center system
- Must good command of English (Speaking/reading/writing)
- Prefered have experienced in VOIP & SIP
- Basic in programming knowledge
- Resourceful, self motivated, able to thrive in a fast moving and uncertain environment, and autonomous problem solving ability
- Able to work underpressure
