  • Management of organization and development
  • Manage and organize training and assessment
  • Conduct job analysis and design career ladder to support the development of career management and succession plan
  • Competency development reviewing and recommendation for organization chart more effective and efficient
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in HR / Management
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficiency in English
  • Being able to operate Ms.Office
  • Familiar with environment and quality management system
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Will be located in Pegangsaan Dua, Jakarta Utara

Perusahaan ini juga telah menerapkan sisem Food Safety Management untuk menjamin kualitas dari produk-produk yang dipasarkannya. Saat ini, pelanggan produk Forisa Nusapersada seperti Nutrijell tersebar tak hanya di Indonesia, tetapi juga California, Australia, Singapore, Malta dan Bangladesh.
