    In Canada, IBM Global Business Services’ (GBS) Financial Services Sector delivers strategic consulting and applications services to clients in financial markets. We are seeking an Associate Partner who will contribute significantly to the aggressive growth objectives of the team.
    Reporting to a Partner, the Associate Partner will maintain an effective business relationship with the client's management team and influence the overall success of GBS offerings within the financial market. Will work to determine the client’s needs and translate these needs into opportunities for IBM. Primary interfaces within IBM will be the GBS team (industry experts, solution owners, your GBS peers) and the client team (which has overall IBM account responsibility). This role will contribute to the development and delivery of solutions to the industry, based on first-hand experience. Candidates will understand the challenges faced by the industry today and will be inspired by the opportunity to work in a team to develop new processes and technologies to overcome these challenges.
     
    Business Accountability
    • Own and manages a set of focus B&FM accounts in Thailand with primary responsibility for customer relationship, sales and business development and secondary responsibility for account revenue and profit
    • Develops relationships with key client stakeholders (e.g., CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, Board members) to become their trusted advisor
    • Drives IBM dominance as trusted advisor to the Company’s top decision-makers
    • Owns and manages opportunities in accounts covered to closure
    • Takes overall responsibility for delivery outcomes in accounts covered
    • Provides guidance and mentoring to GBS team working in the account(s), and drives a positive working environment and culture

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 10 years experience in Consulting experience
    • At least 10 years experience in Business Consulting firms OR large Multi nationals with long term transformational agendas
    • At least 10 years experience in Financial Services Sector
    • At least 10 years experience in Consistent and proven capabilities in driving Sales/Business Development
    • English: Fluent

    • jam kerja yang sudah sangat fleksibel dan sesuai dengan keinginan, lingkungan kerja yang ramah dan bersih serta sangat peduli, program HRD yang sudah bagus.
    • lingkungan kerja yang sangat bagus dan ramah sehingga membuat karyawan betah, waktu kerja yang normal, gaji yang lumayan, kerja bisa dengan remote
    Cons
    • terlalu banyak proses birokrasi dalam pekerjaan yang dilakukan, struktur organisasi yang sudah sangat dinamis dan jelas, kurang terbukanya manajemen di perusahaan
    • terkadang merasa bosan dalam pekerjaan yang terlalu monoton, efisien pengeluaran perusahaan yang kurang, kerja yang relatif lebih lambat, kurang adanya apresiasi terhadap karyawan yang berprestasi
