    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Negotiation with commercial developer and land owner
    • Forming strategic alliance with new commercial developer 
    • Finalizing the lease agreement
    • Managing the schedule of projects and cooperating with related departments and partners
    • Handover to store operation team and store Manager
    • Managing existing stores and maintaining relationship with landlords 

     

    EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

    • Age: 25-35
    • Gender: Male/female
    • Education: Bachelor Degree in Economic/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing Major or equivalent
    • Language: English Business Level
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
    • Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
    • Excellent experience of store development in retail area or real estate business more than 4 years
    • High skill of project management and problem solving
    • Have experience of store development in global apparel companies
    • Good analyzing and numbers and outstanding communication skills
