What You Will Do
- Handle import and export process. Manage all activities in import-export, forwarding. Update all import and export laws, rules, regulations, tax provisions, etc.
- Keep and maintain accurate and updated records of all import & export shipments as reference on queries and basic future decision making.
- Customer order processing.
[ Inventory Control]
- Inventory check and control. Arrange logistic support for customers.
- Ensure timely arrival of imported goods by tracking and monitoring until goods are delivered to the factory according to commitment
[ Customer service]
- Sales activities support
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly manner, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
- Any other company related administrative tasks
