DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Strategizing & Visioning of new business model development, positioning, benchmarking, and value realization studies.
  • Operational improvements in business process design and realigment in existing channels (not limited to retail development & management), supply chain management, consumer analytics.
  • Becoming internal consultant by developing & keeping track new channel policy & operation, business development as well as to lead multiple strategic projects.
 
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,Computer Science/Information Technology,Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management,Mathematics,Finance.(preferable master degree from over seas)
  • Required skill(s): Business Process, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Project Management, Channel Development.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Business Strategy & Performance execution role.
  • Has exposure for at least 3 to 5 years in dealing with board of executive.
  • Characters: strong business acumen, highly effective presentation skill, lateral thinker, structured working behavior, experience in management consulting in handling change management project & new business feasibility study, experience in FMCG & retail development corporate strategy.

Our mobile operator partners include Axis, Esia, Excelcomindo, Indosat, and Telkomsel amongst others. The Group’s network covers all major Indonesian markets, including the more established markets of the islands of Java, Sumatra and Bali and the emerging markets in East Indonesia, including, among others, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua.

    Perusahaan yang cukup royal kepada stafnya dalam hal pemberian bonus. Sistem kerjanya juga cukup fleksibel dan tidak terlalu kaku seperti perusahaan pada umumnya.
    Cons
    Jenjang karir di perusahaan ini masih tergolong sulit. Selain itu, tingkat kedisiplinan beberapa pegawainya masih terbilang kurang dan harus ditingkatkan lagi agar terlihat lebih profesional.
