DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Type official letters, maintain proper entire documents and file dcoument.
  • Monitor and Handle working permission documents for company and  expatriate including visa procedure
  • Manage, control office building and office assets
  • Prepare and assist management contract agreement, insurance policy and legal task
  • Manage recruitment, remuneration, training and development staffs
  • Control manpower planning and administer performance appraisal
  • Prepare daily administration personnel (overtime, absenteeism, medical and other)
  • Assist secretarial matters
  • Follow & update information regarding employee regulation in Indonesia by Indonesia government 
 
Requirements :
 
  • Age from 27-37 years old
  • Minimum education Bachelor (S1) degree
  • Have good communication skill and fluent in English, oral and written
  • Possess working experience in Foreign or Japanese company for at least 1 year
  • Preferably have experience as HR staff
