General Affair Supervisor shall:
  • Supervise daily administration and secretarial activities  
  • Managing assets, office and facilities
  • Ensure the supplying daily office supplies and stationeries, non-aeronautical items  
  • Assist the Manager to make annual budget and monthly report 
  • Not over than 40 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Halim Jakarta Timur.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in General Affairs or equivalent.
  • Familiar with General Affairs function, especially in general office and administrative function
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
  • Excellent administration skill, hard worker and self motivated
  • Smart, fast learner and confident to interact with all levels internally and externally
  • Having good interpersonal skills, attractive appearance and professional work attitude
