    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Key Responsibilities :
     
    • Accountable for associate engagement, safety and team development of direct reports 
    • Put R&D strategy and global strategy in actions in factory (efficiency program, quality in action, implementation of new and raws and processes)
    • Deliver and lead Six Sigma projecst for factory
    • Workflow owner for Raws, BOM’s, and Packaging related components
    • Manage, engage and develop R&D assocoates through effective leaderships and implement ways of working of high performing team, maintaining and ensuring effectiveness. 
     
    Requirements :
     
    • Have work experience 3 - 5 years in R&D or supply
    • Higher Education Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or other relevant technical discipline
    • Fluency in English
    • Having Six Sigma Knowledge (ideal Six Sigma Green Belt education)
    • Knowledge in food products and process technology 
    • Ability to manage team and handle project management

    Memberikan gaji yang cukup baik untuk karyawan, sehingga karyawan pun merasa puas dengan gaji yang diberikan dan kebutuhan pun terpenuhi.

    Cons

    Perusahaan memberikan kenaikan gaji sesuai dengan kenaikan target yang dicapai oleh karyawan sehingga kurang memuaskan. Selain itu, jenjang karir masih kurang menjanjikan.
