• Shall actively monitor ticketing system and solve technical IT issues
• Shall follow up with Problem Management when major problems occurs
• Shall discipline to follow process and procedure
• Shall familiar with ServiceNow tools, its process and data analysis
• Shall assist the employee in related to IT issues or knowledge
• S1 degree from reputable state University majoring in Technical discipline e.g.
Indonesian University and ITB with GPA minimum of 3.00.
• Experience in Oil and Gas business with minimum of One (1) year continuously.
• Others candidate who are from the other University shall not be qualified unless there is a hierarchical approval from Company IT Management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
