• Develop and maintain stakeholders mapping and need analysis updated through regular review on the actual changes in the social environment, involving plant resources.
• Plan, develop and manage external communications strategy execution with relevant parties, such as media (press, television, radio, social media internet, etc), public, and associations in order to meet business objectives and mitigate risks and issues within plant operation area.
• Plan and develop the corporate social responsibility program within plant operation area and manage its execution to maintain company’s ongoing commitment in becoming a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly and socially responsible company.
• Monitor and evaluate on effectiveness of sustainable development program execution within plant operation area and indentify area of improvement to ensure NO interruption on the factories operation.
• To monitor competencies development of performance Organization Development team including their career planning.
• To manage SHE programs in cooperation with SHE functions in order to ensure its implementation in compliance with policies and procedure
• 54years of experience in manage external relation in food industry, preferences with strong government and media network
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Have a good analytical skill in social risk and social mapping
- Have a good skill to manage community empowerement project
- Have a good skill in stakeholder mappin and stakeholder profiling
- Have a good relation with local stakeholder
- Have a good relation with local media
- Have a good communication and negotiation skill
