DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

 Job Description:
 
• Develop, enhance, and maintain good relation with various local government personnel within plant operation area in order to maintain legitimate corporate interest and good reputation
• Develop and maintain stakeholders mapping and need analysis updated through regular review on the actual changes in the social environment, involving plant resources.
• Plan, develop and manage external communications strategy execution with relevant parties, such as media (press, television, radio, social media internet, etc), public, and associations in order to meet business objectives and mitigate risks and issues within plant operation area.
• Plan and develop the corporate social responsibility program within plant operation area and manage its execution to maintain company’s ongoing commitment in becoming a more sustainable, environmentally-friendly and socially responsible company.
• Monitor and evaluate on effectiveness of sustainable development program execution within plant operation area and indentify area of improvement to ensure NO interruption on the factories operation.
• To monitor competencies development of performance Organization Development team including their career planning.
• To manage SHE programs in cooperation with SHE functions in order to ensure its implementation in compliance with policies and procedure
 
Job Requirements:
 
• Bachelor’s Degree  in communications and/or public relations
• 54years of experience in manage external relation in food industry, preferences with strong government and media network
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
• Have a Specific Knowledge in :
1. Program management
  • Have a good analytical skill in social risk and social mapping
  • Have a good skill to manage community empowerement project
2. Stakeholder management :
  • Have a good skill in stakeholder mappin and stakeholder profiling
  • Have a good relation with local stakeholder
3. Communication Management :
  • Have a good relation with local media
  • Have a good communication and negotiation skill
4. Compliance Management :
  • Have a good skill in managing compliance related permit and regulation
  • Have a good knowlede in regulation related water and AMDK bussiness

    Rekan kerja yang santun meskipun pada karyawan yang baru, ditambah dengan atasan yang mampu mengayomi anggotanya dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.
    Cons
    Keamanan yang kurang memadai membuat karyawan selalu merasa was-was. Selain itu, sistem pemberian gaji yang terkadang telat membuat karyawan sulit jika ada kebutuhan mendadak.
