- Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level
- Manages relationship with key account customers as customer point of contact on country level
- Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers
- Plans and manages accounts
- Coordinates with CRM’s on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.
- Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions
- Bachelor’s degree preferably majoring in Logistic/Transportation or relevant major
- Broad understanding of forwarding industry and Air & Ocean Freight product and process
- Experienced in Key Account Manager role
- Ability to work independently and drive customized solutions/address individual needs
- Conceptual thinking and analytical skills with ability to gather and analyze complex data
- Computer literate and excellent organizational skill
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with pleasant personality
- High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment
- Has a customer orientation
- Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (free shuttle bus is provided at Bekasi, Blok M, Bintaro, Rawamangun, Tangerang, and UKI meeting points).
