  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes
  • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits

 Requirement :

  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Must have good knowledge hospitality world / F&B
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years as Operational Manager in a well-known restaurant group or hotel Knowledgeable of all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively for groups of customers, guests and employees
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • A strong leader, motivator and communicator. A vibrant and positive go-getter attitude. A self-starter who takes on challenges and works at seeing them through
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to interact closely with guests, staff   and management
  • Should be highly creative and innovative
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to control food and labor costs
  • Able to work under pressure and long hours
