    Responsibilities :
    The Customer Engagement Lead will be responsible for the execution of Customer Engagement portfolio of programs, with specific focus on the implementation of the Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite of solutions and other supporting sales management tools such as Master Data and Tableau Reporting, Territory Alignment, Sales Crediting and Sales Forecasting. The lead will drive innovation and provide guidance on implementation of our Sales Force Effectiveness platform within One J&J Southeast Asia. The Lead will also play a key role as the customer engagement and master data management expert within the Commercial function such as sales, marketing, training and salesforce effectiveness and business support services.
     
     
    Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following
    1. Oversee the implementation of the Salesforce Enablement CRM strategy and functions.
    2. Serve as subject matter and product expert for the implementation of our CRM suite of products
    • identify opportunities for further implementation of our CRM capability
    • deliver the strategic roadmap for the customer engagement portfolio of programs
    • manage change management and training programs required for the deployment of new CRM solutions, including training, communications and feedback
    3. Drive adoption of new technologies, services, and commercially available tools to enhance Sales and Marketing capabilities including but not limited to CRM, Master Data and Reporting, Territory Management, Sales Crediting and Forecasting.
     
     
    Criteria for the role :
    • BS in relevant business, Information Technology or science major
    • Knowledge of using CRM tools and techniques in the support of developing a business with demonstrable experience of managing the Customer Journey
    • Experienced in data analysis and reporting along with a strong knowledge of database and related technologies
    • Data led and analytical but can translate to people of all levels and backgrounds
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable communicating and collaborating across all functions and with internal and external partners across multiple countries
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
    • Ability to influence key decision makers and to challenge when necessary.
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

    Cons
    • Gaya manajemen yang terlalu tertutup dan sulit dalam mengambil keputusan yang bijak bila karyawannya tidak setuju. Atasan yang keras kepala.
    • Birokrasi perusahaan yang terlalu kaku dan memiliki jam kerja lembur yang sudah menjadi sebuah budaya perusahaan, harus lebih diperbaiki lagi.
