    Job Description :
    • Formulate strategy and HR management policies aligned with organizational strategy.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR management policies and strategies.
    • Implement the organizational culture to the entire work units and individuals.
    • Manage the selection and recruitment process as the first gate to build top talents.
    • Manage the process of performance management as an effective tool for reviewing and develop competence and performance of employees.
    • Create reward management to attract good quality manpower and maintain them, motivating good employees to be a high achievers and encourage the improvement of the quality of employees.
    • Implementing a norms of manpower based on Law No. 13 Years 2003 and create HR services efficiently and quickly.
    • Build a synergistic and productive of relationship between employees and management.
    • Provide and design the program of training and development for employees to meet the competencies required for every positions.
    • Manage and develop top talents optimally; building a competency-based career management system.
     
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
    • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
    • Understand about Corporate/Business Law in Indonesia
    • Computer literate (min. MS Office, internet, Power Point)
    • Fluent in English both written and oral
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    • Bekerja disini bisa sambil belajar, karena saat bekerja karyawan bisa mempelajari banyak hal yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui. Belum lagi, lingkungan perusahaan sangat mendukung.
    • perusahaan ini memberikan kesempatan yang besar untuk para pegawai agar bisa menambah ilmu dan memperbanyak pengalaman, lingkungan kerja asyik dan santai
    Cons
    • Masih perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya perusahaan agar lebih baik lagi, dan lebih mendukung pada perkembangan serta kemajuan perusahaan.
    • sumber daya perusahaan yang masih perlu di tingkatkan lagi, pekerjaan yang sangat menumpuk dan lumayan banyak sehingga tidak terkontrol dengan baik
