    Job Description:
    • Developing new design system for supporting business process
    • Providing system enhancement for running system for faster process & operation's cost reduce
    • Maintain IT operation (such hardware, software, system & database) to guarantee no issues or problem occurs
    • Having experience in handling digital marketing
     
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
    • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Memberikan gaji yang cukup baik untuk karyawan, sehingga karyawan pun merasa puas dengan gaji yang diberikan dan kebutuhan pun terpenuhi.

    Cons

    Perusahaan memberikan kenaikan gaji sesuai dengan kenaikan target yang dicapai oleh karyawan sehingga kurang memuaskan. Selain itu, jenjang karir masih kurang menjanjikan.
