Requirements:
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in a numerical discipline
  • Required Skills: Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, Sales & Operation Plan.
  • High level of knowledge of Supply Planning
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with planning and forecasting of a supply chain over multiple time horizons
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access or other database software, statistical modeling software
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation with clarity and authority
  • Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, Self-starter, Fast Learner and willing to be developed
  • Good interpersonal skill, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • A natural affiliation with a fast paced environment
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field (Supply Planning, Sales/Operations Planning in manufacture would be an advantage)
  • Preferably Senior Supervisor/Assisstant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, collect and analyze historical data to calculate the forecasting accuracy/demand baseline for meeting with sales/marketing
  • To integrate demand planning and production to obtain effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Development and implementation of planning procedures and systems
  • Coordinate and communicate between Sales and Manufacturing Team
