Job Description :

  1. Implement merchandising groceries (Food & Non-Food) strategy in the department (to create Differentiation and Margin Driven) in line with market expectation and the whole Merchandising Strategy.
  2. Analyze stocks, market (growth) and opportunity, in order to achieve the department's goal, which are Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, Expenses Control and Brand Image.
  3. Create and implement program/plan in order to maximize profits.
  4. Promote best selling items in order to maximize profits.
  5. Assess sales performance of ranges.
  6. Coordination with Floor Operation related to administration, displays, promotion, and stocks.
  7. Delivering and maintain good relationship with Groceries Suppliers.

Job Requirement :

  1. Age maximum 35 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree majoring in any disciplines
  3. Having minimum 2 year(s) of working experience at Supermarket/Hypermarket
  4. Having good communication skills and pleasant personality
  5. Good command in English, both oral & written
  6. Having good understanding in Retail business and Market Connection.
  7. Having a wide relationship with Groceries Supplier
