  • Maintain Customer by visiting 
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Management
  • Assist with sales support questions, concerns and product / service questions
  • Monitors calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales % and quality assurance goals
  • Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
  • Provide a New Customer

Qualified

  • Max age 30 years old
  • Preferred Male
  • Min D3/ S1, all major
  • experience min 2 years in forwarding, logistics
  • Speak English well
  • Speak Japanese preferred
  • Good Looking
  • Good comunication
