Job Description
  • Managing the group’s office facilities, services and day to day office operations
  • Creates and implements procedures that will help to ensure the office is running efficiently for team members to use while ensuring costs are watch over
  • Responsible for office space arrangement, renovation and moves
  • Manages Insurance & claims on company assets and properties
  • Managing, obtaining and maintaining all company documentation relating to licences, permits, insurance and lease agreements, including validity and rates
  • Furthermore the General Affairs manager is in control of courier services within the company ensuring that an efficient network of goods and documentation distribution is maintained
  • Manages staff taxi, uber and company sanctioned transport
  • Manages staff asset issuance & repairs (company cars, computers & etc)
  • Arrange and negotiate for expats lease agreements and renewals
  • Manages team of office boys, cleaners, therapist, barista and receptionists to perform their duties in such a way that a professional office image is maintained at all times
  • Lead and Manage assigned special projects within time, cost and quality
  • Other assignments as required

Job Requirement
  • At least 6 years' of relevant professional experience and knowledge in GA & Office Management area with more than 3 years in managerial level
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Good initiation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as results oriented attitude
  • Able to build a strong team and client relationships
