Your main responsibility will be to bring new members through the door and gain their trust, you'll need to master a range of healthy subjects and of course our brand
- Outbound – To bring new members to join our fit club. Come up with new ways of driving prospects, sales strategies and approaches for spreading the word about the brand.
- Inbound - Chat with our members in person or in emails or on the phone. Assess their needs, gauge their sophistication and get a sense of whether and how we might be able to help them.
- Events – Create sales activation events that build a loyalty within our members.
- Planning - Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
- Maximal 30 years old
- Similar working experience minimal 1 year in gym club, fitness club or any membership companies
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships
- Experience working towards targets and/or KPIs
- Passion for healthy lifestyle
- Well presented with effortlessly persuasive face-to-face communication and writing skills
- A strategic, consultative and analytical sales approach, with focus on building lasting partnerships with members
- Confident, articulate public speaker
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently, as well as in a virtual collaborative team setting
Salary: Basic salary + Commission + Bonus
