IT Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities :
- Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PC's / Laptop / server at the customer's premises
- Providing 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of switch, server and storage problem
- Take ownership of all the call coming to service desk until the case are closed
- Provide education and training of software to end user
- Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager
- Regular house keeping of all in-house systems and operating procedures
- Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work process
- Perform overtime as and when its required and having a 24 x 7 stand by
- Any other task as and when assign by the reporting supervisor or manager
- Matrix based project team member on solution implementation and expansion
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT
- Knowledge on Basic LAN/WAN network infrastructure is a must
- Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Windows Server is a must, Linux OS is preferable
- Have an analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems with miminum supervision
- Able to provide helpdesk level support over phone / email / onsite
- Experience in installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading, and maintenance of server, desktop PC, OS, Software and related peripheral
- Knowledge in backup software, method and procedure is highly preferred
- Have a good communication skill, be meticolous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadline
- A good team player
- Active in english is a plus
- Must be willing to be placed at Bintaro area
- Shifting hour based
