TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (TS)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Rollout training plan and technician qualification paths
  • Lead, coach, and develop team of technical specialist
  • Ensure customer satisfaction achieved with fast and accurate car troubleshooting
  • Support dealer on technical enquiries
  • Ensure dealer service readiness for new product
  • Maintain high dealer technical competency

Requirement (TS):

  • Male max 30 years old
  • University graduate (min GPA 2.8) in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in automotive service business
  • Acquire vehicle electronic and engine management knowledge
  • Excellent communication skill, good personality
  • English literacy and fluency
  • Strong business oriented
  • Strong leadership and management skill
  • IT literate (spreadsheet, database, presentation)
