  • We are an established Palm Oil Mill servicing company, looking to fill in position for “Secretary” position.
  • Help to answering phone calls / transferring / recording the calls
  • Handle courier service and mailing • Order sundries and stationery
  • Manage maintaining diaries
  • Arranging appointments taking messages typing and word processing filing organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Handling correspondence
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems liaising with relevant organisations coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Organizing Travel for Staff

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 year’s working experience in similar role
  • Familiar with MS Office especially Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
  • Positive attitude and a cooperative team player
  • Working 5 day – Monday to Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m
