Job requirement :

  • Managing Industrial Sales Department in achieving target through excellent strategies business planning and development
  • Sales target oriented by maintaining existing business and generating new business through individual and team target
  • Excellent in collaboration with principal to expand business traffic
  • Establish good relationship and communication with internal department, customers and third parties in executing job of company business purpose
  • Giving good suggestion or feedback as part of Management related Industrial Sales Department
  • Liaise with Internal Business and Account teams to ensure partnership and mutual understanding of key objectives and KPI
  • Identify new & existing customers, promotional in all sales channels 
  • Conducting face-to-face sales discovery meetings
  • Manages the life cycle of multiple ranged products across all channels
  • Develops Industry strategy and sales plan to drive sell-out and movement sales placement


  • Min. 4 years experience as a Manager in Sales & Marketing, with preference from Lubricant Sector and experienced in handling B2B Customer or Industry
  • Graduated in any discipline (S1), technical background will be an advantage
  • Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate
  • Able to make a presentation and target oriented
  • Able to work in team, have a good leadership and out of the box thinker
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia
  • Male with maximum age of 35 years old
  • Having car driver license (SIM A)
