1. Melakukan Proses Recruitment karyawan

2. Menguasai alat tes Recruitment

3. Mengelola Payroll, BPJS, Lembur, Bonus, Perjalanan dinas karyawan

4. Berhubungan dengan dinas yang berkaitan dengan ketengakerjaan.

5. Mengelola Absensi karyawan

6. mengurus Administrasi yang berhubungan dengan HR dan Legal

7. Membuat evaluasi pengembangan People Management/ evaluasi persemester

 Persyaratan

1. Wanita max 30 tahun/ S1 semua jurusan, Diutamakan Jurusan Psikologi

2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR dan Legal

3. Mampu bekerja secara individu ataupun kelompok

4. Jujur, Disiplin, Tanggung Jawab

5. Mampu Bekerja Dibawah Tekanan

6. Mampu mengoprasikan MS Office dan System yang ada di perusahaan

7. Bahasa inggris aktif
