    Job Desc :
    • Assist the entire implementation of the tasks of the Sales Agent Training Manager on all matters relating to the training of salespeople and employees.
    • Conduct and implement training on employee and sales force training in accordance with the road map, trainers guide, and a rundown in BIS and trainings that are incidental and maintain the highest standards to support the achievement of corporate goals.
    • Delivering training conducive, effective and efficient.
    • Assist in the development of the salesperson's ability directly in the field in terms of ability (skills) and knowledge (knowledge)
    • Create, develop, and update training materials in accordance with the development and needs.
    • Complete and submit Form Weekly Activity Plan (FRAM) as plan activities and activities that have been done to the Unit Manager.
    • Develop and update the training methods in accordance with the development and needs.
    • To motivate the trainees to further improve the performance of the concept KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, Habit) in accordance with the training provided.
    • Coordinate with existing units in BNI Insurance School and all divisions in BNI Life in the organization of training.
    • Prepare accurate report after each training.
    • Monitor the trend of competitors and industry training and study to ensure that our training program is the best to the needs of the enterprise environment.
    • Continually doing personal development by always updating knowledge, abilities, attending regular meetings, conduct face to face meetings with the head unit / section leader, personal development planning, to enhance the competencies needed to achieve its targets.
    • Make periodic reports post-training training
    • Mentoring 3 months of non-face to the new sales agent, after basic training.
    • Post-training activities to monitor the performance and behavior of the participants during the first period of 3 months.
    • Help analyze training needs.
    • Help complete the project which supports and is associated with the training.
    • Create an action plan of the project will be done.
    • Resolving the financial evidence and conduct settlement on a training activity.
    • Assist sales agent in presentations to prospective customers for certain topics in terms of sales support.
    • Helps maintain and report on the state of existing facilities in the training room.

    Cons
    • Sistem pelayanan nasabah dalam masalah asuransi juga terkadang sering tersendat karena sistem komputer yang digunakan oleh karyawan sering mengalami gangguan.
    • Perusahaan memberikan begitu banyak tuntutan dalam bekerja, di samping itu gaji yang diberikan oleh perusahaan masih dibawah standar gaji seorang sales.
