    • Recruitment and manpower planning
    • People development
    • Compensation management
    • Implement human resource information system and ensure updates HR record
    • Coordinate performance management (KPI) activities
    • Liaise with respective government agencies(Disnaker, BPJS, etc)
    Requirements :
    • Maximum age of 29
    • Graduated from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology with minimum GPA 2.8
    • Fresh graduated are welcome, more preferable has experience minimum 1 year in the same field
    • Knowledge of Human Resource Management, include Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, and Organization Development Concepts will be good advantage
    • Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel, Outlook Express, etc)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of English both oral and written
    • High spirit, creative and self motivated person
    • Able to work in a team and in under pressure condition
    • Customer Service Orientation, Integrity and Commitment
