    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Make proactive contributions for improvement of the product marketing and business development to ensure profitable projects or businesses for the company
    • Identify and analyse customer requirements on the technical applications and the technical equipment in timely manner
    • Recommend solutions to problems/issues with products and applications integration. This will include customer presentations, product demonstrations, and coordination of benchmarking and evaluation activities
    • Provide dedicated technical support and leadership to any business proposal, budget development, presentations and other work-winning processes
    • Conduct research and market intelligence that will have a strong impact on proposition development for any new potential projects
    • Maintain communication with established contacts and expand client’s base with authorities, agencies, private companies, and other potential customers
    • Participate in trainings, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions, domestic and abroad
    Requirements : 
    • Indonesian citizen with a University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Informatics Engineering with minimum Grade (IPK): 2.5
    • Preferred to have a minimum of work experience: 2 years
    • Good understanding of the various laboratory equipment and testing equipment
    • have a good competencies on negotiation, marketing knowledge management, marketing planning and management
    • ability to perform the task independently, target oriented to accomplish all the tasks successfully, and also a team player
    • ability to fluently speak, write and read in English
    • have particular skills on communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational skills, ready to take multi-tasking responsibilities and strong abilities to work under pressure
    • other skills: networking, persuasion, prospecting, negotiation, public speaking, conducting training, closing skills, sales motivation, prospecting skills, sales planning
    • excellent computer skills in Microsoft office, power point, windows and other supporting applications
    • ability to keep and maintain confidentiality of all matters related to the company
    • good understanding on procedures of national tender processes
    • good interpersonal skills, creative, confident, hard-working, honest, well-organized, fast learner, team player and pleasant personality
    • Be ready to have official trips domestically and abroad
