Qualification :
 
1. Max 38 years old
2. Min. 3 years experience as HR Development Manager
3. Good knowledge about competencies, recruitment, Organization Development, Performance Management System, training needs analysis, job evaluation.
4. Good command of English (Verbal and Written)
