  • The Cdp is responsible to work closely with Sous Chef in determining
    quality and quantity of food & to work on the weekly schedule.
  • Maintain high standard of food preparation & service in kitchen.
  • Having Experience in similar position within 2 years with proven letters
  • Hold a diploma in Culinary is Mandatory.
  • Schedule full time, Shift Rotating / shift work
  • Hard working, Honest, responsible, and passionate
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Established in 2005, the story begin with a small family restaurant. When the time goes by, the company decide to make a bigger steps from the old traditional management we jump into the modern management style.
Now we are ready to open our new venue Bowery Bar, Eastmen Coffee House, and The Bowery Restaurant, supported with a banquet hall. As always, we put our dreams, creativity, and passion on everything we do. There we are, a bunch of peoples who have an unlimited ideas to make things always posible!
