Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, also schedule meetings/appointments and travel (accomodation and transportation) employees.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
