DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Manage incoming editorial support request from internal stakeholders and providing editorial services (review / copywriting) to communications materials issued to external stakeholders in various formats and through various channels, i.e.:
    • Announcements, newsletters, letters, e-mail drafts, SMS / text message, scripts
    • Presentations, speeches and talking points for Board members upon request
    • Insurance Forms, Product Summary, Product Brochures
  • Manage the publications of external communications material, including but not limited to customer newsletter - PRUsatellite and Unit-Linked Annual Report (ULAR) – an annual booklet for customers, as well as unit-linked information publications for various stakeholders. The tasks include, but not limited to:
    • Liaising with relevant department and / or functions to source content
    • Liaising with third-party to develop content and design
    • Reviewing and editing to the content
    • Maintaining the timeliness
    • Liaising with necessary parties for distribution
  • Update and archive corporate communications materials, including but not limited to master key messages, financial facts, as well as the Company’s and the group’s credentials.
  • Support budget and administrative functions of the External Communications area, including:
    • Keeping track of the External Communications budget and closely liaising with the budget PIC within Corporate Communications
    • Assisting in payment process in Corporate Communications area
  • Projects - support projects that requires written communications and language expertise, e.g. Customer Correspondence revamp and Customer Education.
  Job Requirements:
  • University degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism or other related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years experience in journalism, writing and / or corporate communications.
  • Having insurance background is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
