    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities :
     
    • Ensure that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up.
    • Ensure that all implementation tasks are performed
    • Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
    • Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
    • Executes GCIPM projects in country and corresponding activities
    • Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met and are documented
    • Gathers information required to fulfill implementation
    • Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g. between Sales, Product, Customer
    • Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country
    • Establishes implementation plans and develops processes which will result in overall KPI improvements
    • Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery against defined targets
     
    Requirements :
     
     
    • Minimum 5 years experience or good knowledge in AFR, OFR, CDZ operation
    • Logistics business background, Product and Operations know-how
    • Good communicative, analytical and administrative skills
    • Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training
    • Strong coaching and people development skills
    • Ability to prioritize task
    • Ability to travel
    • Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory
    • Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (free shuttle bus are provided at Bekasi, Blok M, Rawamangun, Tangerang and UKI meeting points)
