    Responsible for the implementation of the functions of HR & GA  in Business Unit goes according to instructions and SOP of Corporate HR&GA. Handle HR & GA problems that occurred in the Business Unit in accordance with existing rules and regulations, in order to achieve the function of HR&GA to support business operations. As an effective and strategic partner for other departments together in the growth process Busines Unit.
    Human Resources
    • Control employee presence (absence) and anticipation and action needed
    • Handling of Industrial Relations
    • Maintenance BPJS Employment and Health
    • Fulfillment number Manpower Busines Unit (Recruitment)
    • Monitor progress and ensure employee training needs against
    • Etc.

    General Affairs
    • Preparing quickly and appropriately associated with the opening of operations in a Business Unit (preparatory work, equipment, communication networks, etc.).
    • Pemenuhan working equipment to support operations office (ATK, desk-chair, computer, air conditioning, etc.).
    • Perform maintenance on facilities and infrastructure found in an office environment in a fast, accurate, and quality within the budget specified.
    • control budget for the costs that arise in the activities of the General Affairs
    • Etc.
    • Education minimum S1 Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law
    • Preferably have experience as HR , & GA Supervisor   minimum 3 years in Development or  Building Management
    • Understand the job cycle of Personnel, Employment Law, and maintenance of assets
    • Having an attractive personality, open, adaptable, wide connections, friendly, creative, honest and able to work in teams.
    • Have a passion for the problems and of achievement
    • Willing to be placed in Busines Unit / Project specified (Jabodetabek)
