Long term (1 year +):
- Prepares and coordinates with owners' long term marketing plans and branding strategies
- Conducts marketing research (market trends, customer satisfaction, competitors analysis)
- Cooperates with the owners on product development and effective product adjustment
- Seeks for product expansion and additional offerings
- Creates the pricing strategies and sales promotion ideas with the owners
- Prepares yearly budgets and adhere to the financial goals created by the owners
- Develops and manages promotion campaign, both above the line and below the line
- Recruits and develops staff for both Marketing and Sales division
Medium and short term:
- Prepares yearly marketing calendar and budget
- Organizes and coordinates with the Head of Schools:
- Events (montly)
- Information Sessions (twice per month)
- Competitions (term based)
- Media cooperations: new conference, press release, event invitations, articles, interviews, TV appearances, ads (monthly)
- PR- community and charity classes storeis in press and other media (monthly)
- Manages social media presence (FB, twitter, snapchat, whatsapp, path, blog, youtube channel, etc.) weekly
- Designs and prepares marketing materials (montly)
- Manages and updates school website with educational materials, videos, blogs, and others
- Engages customers to be active in social media (weekly)
- Trains sales staff, work on direct marketing tactics and action plans (monthly)
- Creates, develops markteing and sales staff ready to support all marketing activities (monthly)
