    Job Descriptions :
    • Take care sales and directly handling technical problems
    • Design system refrigeration by using AutoCAD or Solidwork or other design software.
    • Handle the Flame Reterdant part in refrigerator business unit
    • Doing cooling performance, safety, reliability, and structure test for cost reduction idea.
    • Audit new suppliers will enter into the company.
    • Organizing and coordinating engineering cost reduction ideas for and make report to management cost reduction meeting monthly.
    • Doing market survey for new model and present model monitoring in market
    • Handle Technical Regulation for export model
     
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in handling sales and directly conducting design for refrigeration system in building or projects.
    • Able to use software design such as AutoCAD, Solid work, etc.
    • Able to speak English and Indonesia.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Cengkareng.

    Memberikan gaji yang cukup baik untuk karyawan, sehingga karyawan pun merasa puas dengan gaji yang diberikan dan kebutuhan pun terpenuhi.

    Cons

    Perusahaan memberikan kenaikan gaji sesuai dengan kenaikan target yang dicapai oleh karyawan sehingga kurang memuaskan. Selain itu, jenjang karir masih kurang menjanjikan.
