Job Description PM OTC :
- Developing & implementing marketing/brand plan & strategy for new product launch
- Developing, implementing, evaluating communication concepts for ATL – BTL activities
- Monitoring financial aspects : P&L, Sales
- Coordinate closely with distributor and direct superior for sales/channel strategy
- Conducting any research needed in order to get consumer insights brand awareness, etc.
- Analyzing sales, market and consumer review and trend.
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, any field
- Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as product manager in OTC
- Open minded, willing to learn new things and getting along with new people easily
- Have good leadership, communication &Influencing skills
