IT Business Analyst (Core Application)



    Job Summary:
    Manage coordination and conduct requirement gathering, solution analysis, testing and production system support/troubleshooting. Provide required support for project planing and execution. Develop training material and conduct system usage training for business users.
    Job Description:
    • Manage coordination and provide support in project execution and day to day production support activities within department or cross department in IT division  and business users.
    • Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements to formulate solutions design in new system development or existing system enhancement.
    • Ensure business requirements are accurately communicated to respective internal development team or external vendor.
    • Define proper test scenario and coordinate test activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on expected business requirement and solution design.
    • Conduct issue/problem investigation and provide appropriate solution to ensure proper system operation.
    • Develop training material and conduct system usage training for business users.
    • Provide required support for project planing and execution.
    • Provide complete and accurate work documentations and reports.
    • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Life Insurance, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics from reputable university
    • Minimum 3 years similar experience in life insurance or other financial institution
    • Experience in handling unit-linked insurance
    • Actuarial background is preferable
    • Age 27-35 years old
