  • Ensuring the finished goods out of production are according to standards
  • Checking and maintaining quality of food and drinks at all Fiesta Steak outlets
  • Ensuring all SOPs are done in production and outlets
  • Responsible of research and developments of new menu at Fiesta Steak
  • Analyzing and implementing better systems at production and kitchen of Fiesta Steak
  • Conducting trainings to staff at all kitchen areas
  • Research in technology available related to Food and beverage industry
  • Responsible in quality management of ingredients at Head Office
Requirements :
  • Background in culinary studies (commercial cookery)
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in Hospitality Industry or Food Technology Industry, preferably Food and Beverage area
  • Management skills
  • Up to date with current trend and technology in hospitality industry
