    Job Description :
    • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
    • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
    • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
    • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
    • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; communicate issues of safety, cleanliness or malfunctions to appropriate departments; manage maintenance/safety issues to completion.
    • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
    • Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Hotel Service or equivalent.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
    • Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services.
